DIVORCE-RESET WOMEN’S RETREAT 2 or 3 NIGHTS

I have set-up the Divorce-Reset Retreats to help women who are transitioning through divorce to come to the safe haven of Torcliffe so that they can feel supported:

Have trauma informed coaching 121 with me to help them move forward on their journey. We will look at:
- 121 review where you are intention setting
- Steps to self regulate/Nervous system mapping/ Wellbeing mapping and mental health and grounding techniques when you feel dysregulated
- Toolkits and resources to help you manage the process of divorce
- The steps to take to become financially independent
- Moving ahead by creating a plan

Torcliffe is a stunning property in the popular North Devon village of Combe Martin. Situated on a private road, Torcliffe sits in an enviable elevated position overlooking the bay boasting spectacular sea and coastal views from the private balcony.

Located just a stones’ walk from the beach, and only a few minutes’ walk from the village, Torcliffe offers a quaint and memorable base for a divorce-reset retreat, giving you the time and space to process, regroup and recover when you are going through a difficult divorce.

Day 1 = Make your way to North Devon
Introduction to Torcliffe
Arrival from 4pm
2 nights All-inclusive
Day 2 = Coaching from 10am till 1pm
Afternoon to discover the local area walks and beaches then farewell dinner at a local restaurant
Day 3 = Coaching from 10am till 1pm
Lunch and then departure.

2 nights all-inclusive

2 nights All-Inclusive. Ensuite Double Bedroom Accommodation at Torcliffe in North Devon

First day – Dinner and refreshments included
Second day – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and refreshments included
Departure Day – Breakfast included.

- Day 1= Make your way to North Devon
- Introduction to Torcliffe
- Arrival from 4pm
- 3 nights All-Inclusive
- Day 2 = Coaching from 10am till 1pm
- Lunch and afternoon at Saunton Spa to relax
- Day 3 = Coaching from 10am till 1pm
- Afternoon to discover the local area — walks and beaches then a farewell dinner at a local restaurant
- Day 4 = Wrap up over breakfast and farewell by 11am.

VIP Day

Make your way to North Devon to arrive at 10am

Your VIP Day will take the format of a Divorce Exit Strategy Day where we will go through:

A financial plan
Mapping your nervous system
Lunch at Sandy Cove hotel locally or at Saunton Sands which is a drive away
Seeing where you are regarding money and savings and where the gaps are Going through money trauma and having a plan to implement when you’re back from the day Where you will live and a date of leaving which we will work towards
Departure at 5pm
Follow up zoom call within a week to see where you are
