Mapping your nervous system as to how you feel right now and how you are feeling through the program so that you can move into ventral vagal your safe space of being your true self and living in the present as much as possible
We look at your Attachments style — either Secure, Anxious, avoidant or disorganised This will help you see what sort of attachments you have formed in your life. You can be one particular type or a combination
Understanding gaslighting, trauma bonding and cognitive dissonance so that you are aware of what is going on in your body. It’s related to how your partner is manipulating you and making you see things their way only.
